RESOLOOT offers optional, paid advertising and promotional subscriptions that allow eligible users to promote their content within the Platform.
Nature of Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are strictly for advertising and promotional purposes
- They do not provide financial, investment, or advisory services
- Display sponsored content clearly labeled within the PlatformSubscriptions do not affect financial insights, budgeting features, or financial data access
Subscription Features
Depending on the selected plan, users may:
- Create sponsored posts
- Promote content for a defined duration (e.g., weekly or monthly campaigns)
- Increase visibility within the community feed
Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed securely by:
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- Google Play Store (Android)
RESOLOOT does not collect or store payment or card details.
Auto-Renewal
Advertising subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions
Users can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time via their App Store or Google Play account settings.
Billing History & Refunds
Billing history and refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.
4. User-Generated Content & Community Safety
RESOLOOT enables community interaction through posts, comments, messages, and sponsored content.
Safety Controls
- Users can report objectionable or abusive content
- Users can block other users, which immediately hides content and prevents interaction
- Sponsored and organic content is subject to moderation
- Reported content is reviewed promptly
- Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination
RESOLOOT enforces zero tolerance for abusive, hateful, illegal, or misleading content.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information, including encryption, access controls, and secure integrations.
